I placed an order for a Meater thermometer on Saturday. The site claimed: Availability - immediate dispatch. But today, Monday, I got an email saying the item is out of stock, and there's no word on when it might be back. I just checked their website, and it still shows: Immediate dispatch. I'm really frustrated; I feel totally misled. I cancelled my order and went with a trustworthy supplier instead.

My old Ultar BBQ gave up on me too soon because of rust, so I went on the hunt for a new one and did some digging. A lot of places were sold out, but BBQOutlet had the Outback Jupiter 4 burner BBQs ready for 'immediate despatch', so I placed an order online. The website was pretty straightforward, though it had a few hiccups, and the order confirmation came through quickly. However, their delivery process raised some questions about when I could expect my BBQ. If I wasn’t home when they tried to drop it off, I’d have to pay extra for another delivery. Basically, it felt like a 'Stay Home All Week' kind of deal.

When I reached out, the staff were nice and helpful, but they couldn’t give me a clear delivery date. The BBQ showed up 8 days after I ordered it. I’m not fussed about the wait, just didn’t like not knowing when it was coming.

I bought an Outback Onyx Excel 2021 BBQ from this place. The flame spreader on this model is way better than the previous one, making it a solid investment. Delivery took just 48 hours and was free of charge. The communication was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them!

We really enjoy the BBQ, but those knobs broke after just six uses. Finding replacement ones is proving to be quite the challenge. Now, we gotta use a screwdriver to adjust the knobs.

The service during the ordering process and the waiting time for stock was really good. The delivery details, however, could use some improvement. I got an email saying it was 'back in stock' and that I'd be contacted soon with courier details, but the items showed up before I got any more info. Other than that little hiccup, I'm happy with the service. Thanks a bunch!

We knew when we placed our order that the BBQ was out of stock. The updates about when it would be available were satisfactory. It arrived promptly once the stock was in. Overall, it’s a solid product. Not too pricey and appears to be constructed well. Putting it together was a bit of a hassle, but I took my time and followed the directions, and it came together nicely. Haven't had a chance to fire it up yet since there seems to be a nationwide shortage of 13kg patio gas bottles!

The BBQ was fantastic! However, the delivery date was not communicated well. It was a few days late and then showed up sooner than expected. But hey, no worries, everything turned out fine.

Fantastic item! It took about 2 hours to put together and needed a couple of folks. Fired up perfectly on the first try with zero problems.

I got some solid help here; they let me know right when the barbeque was available, and it showed up quickly. I'd definitely suggest this place for their quality and service.

We ordered a BBQ, but it was out of stock, and honestly, the communication about when it would arrive was pretty poor. I had to follow up to get a reply, which was just a courier tracking link showing it was nearly here. Luckily, I was home since we didn’t get any heads-up that it had been sent out. When the package showed up, I first thought they forgot the cover, but then I realized they had opened the box, tucked it inside, and taped it back up. The Outback BBQ is amazing and definitely lived up to my expectations. It took a bit to assemble, but once it was together, it felt really solid. It may look small, but there's more than enough cooking space for a family of four. I’d totally recommend this product.

So far, I'm not thrilled with my experience. I was told the BBQ would arrive on Wednesday, March 23rd, on a pallet. It never showed up, and I even took a day off work to be there for it. The next day, only half of the BBQ came, and it was in a flat pack. When I followed up, I was told that this was out of the ordinary. I specifically ordered a ready-to-use BBQ, and now I need special tools to put it together. If I do manage to assemble it, will that void the warranty? As of Saturday, March 27th, still no sign of the delivery, and my grandson is really bummed out waiting for his birthday BBQ. The management needs to step up; this is a really poor situation. I’ll keep you posted if anything changes, but consider this a warning.
